ac + ed = great tv

i *totally* dig anderson cooper.

you may ask "anderson who?"

anderson cooper's the suave, intelligent and enormously multi-talented news anchor of CNN's Anderson Cooper 360° and is, without a doubt, the network's most handsome broadcaster. (he also bears a striking resemblance to hollywood actor and human rights activist richard gere).

i mean, just look at those dreamy, piercing blue eyes and chiseled features!

*swoooooooooon*

i'm not ashamed to admit that anderson cooper's one of the main reasons why i'm tuning in religiously to watch CNN whenever possible.

who cares if he's rumoured to be a closet gay who refuses to come out to play? out.com even ranked him as america's 2nd most powerful gay personality. it's just a another blow to women out there who want to lay claim on the yummilicious anderson cooper.

here's the AC 360 commercial:

and since we're on the topic of TV shows, i've become a huge huge fan of award-winning the ellen degeneres show, a daytime television talk show.

she's a spunky, funky one, that ellen. and openly gay. why, she even unabashedly announced her marriage to australian actress portia de rossi (she found fame on ally mcbeal where she played a lawyer) on her show a few weeks ago!

i enjoy watching ellen because she's a natural entertainer and doesn't even look her actual age of 50!

my favouritest segment is when the spontaneous comedian gets up to dance with her audience.:)

check out this video where she wriggles, jiggles and boogies to the groovy new madonna and justin timberlake's "four minutes" song:

ac and ed confirm my suspicion that gay people are hugely talented. this is my personal opinion of course.

and they both produce great stuff for TV viewing - wonderful programmes that keep my boredom at bay while at home. but when i head back to work come july, i'll have to give these two shows a miss! sadnessssssss!!!!
