i don't know how supermodel-mother-of-3 heidi klum (who apparently walked down the runway just only 3 weeks after the birth of her son) or the gorgeous united nations role model angelina jolie does it. and although i'm not a fan of posh spice a.k.a. victoria beckham, i marvel at how she's a size 0 (or minus 2, whatever suits her skinny frame) after 3 boys.
even local celebrities like wong li-lin, beatrice chia-richmond and zoe tay appear unscathed by pregnancy, with no trace of post-natal blubber.
how unfair.
perhaps i really shouldn't complain so much since i've lost about 10kg since terrorliza's birth 6 weeks ago. as many mums know, the last 5kg or so is usually the toughest to shed. and it's not scales that irritate me. it's the damn lumps at the wrong places - especially the tums, thighs, bloated face and arms.
i can fit into most of my tops, but can't bloody button my pants without taking in a huge big breath. i guess it's time to fight the flab and rid myself of the my jiggly, jelly-wobble belly!
wish i could be more disciplined and get off my dimpled ass to work on those abdominal crunches first before moving onto the other troubled spots. :(
