i want my chocs and chips!

i've been on a high protein diet for ONE week.

my meals consist mainly of what i usually consider "inedibles" - liver, kidney, stomach (yuck-a-poo-poo!) or lean pork, chicken cooked with sesame oil, black and white vinegar, chinese wine, and garnished with lemon grass, ginger, wood fungus etc. i'm not supposed to drink boiled plain water either (that automatically means no juice, or cold water of course) and instead drown myself in boiled red-dates water.

it's ONLY been ONE week and i've already been hit by sore throat. to use the traditional argument, i've consumed too much "heaty" food.

HORRIBLE. not only am i sweaty and stinky (since i'm permitted to bath in ginger-herb water once a day, or not at all) in this disgusting humid weather, i'm eating food that's causing me to break out in bouts of perspiration with each mouthful.

mind you, it's ONLY been a week.

oh, how i'm craving for my snacks and cool juices! suddenly, i'm day-dreaming of frito-lay sour cream and onion ships, ruffles sour cream and onion chips and of course, chocolate! these are, naturally, out-of-the-question foods which i can't touch till a month later.

dammit, it's only been ONE week so far.

i seriously need some cheering up. i need someone to sneak me some snacks...
